Job description – Plumber/Water hygiene engineer

Based in Leek, in the beautiful Staffordshire Moorlands, we are a company which recognises success and values its team.
We are looking to recruit an experienced plumber / Water Hygiene Engineer in the Staffordshire/Derbyshire or surrounding areas.
Our Legionella consultants and plumbers work nationwide, ensuring water safety in the workplace across all industries including manufacturing, construction, hotel & leisure, holiday park and spa sectors.
Essential Criteria:
- You should have plumbing experience of 2+ years
- Experience in Legionella and the Legionella control process would be desirable, although training will be provided
- Excellent communication, report writing and organisational skills
- Be willing to travel across the UK with the occasional overnight stay required.
- Have a keen eye for detail, strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Hold a full UK driving licence.
Desired Criteria, but not essential:
- Ability to work on a tablet to record data collection/temperatures and other completed workload tasks.
- Experience of closed system analysis and interpretation of results.
- Be familiar with relevant legislation and guidelines including Water regulations, ACOP L8, HSG274 and HTM04-01.
